The Company plans and provides services in accordance with the contractual obligations and requirements it has undertaken (Client expectations) and as specified, thus with regard to quantitative aspects and qualitative parameters as well as operational effectiveness (costs, avoiding mistakes, etc.).
Each company employee and/or co-worker is responsible for the quality of the products and services so far as his/her own work impacts the level of quality.
To achieve the specified goals the company operates through prevention and not corrective acts. If at any time during the provision of the Service, the quality of the results obtained is such that it might compromise the final level of quality and/or reliability of a Service, the Company Department Managers will take immediate action to bring the situation under control. In any case, services that do not meet quality and reliability requirements cannot be provided to the Client.
